Background Story

Dean Christian Andrews is the son of Samantha and the late Kenneth Andrews.He was born on June 5th, 1473 at 5:05pm.Christian was born a Tribrid (Vampire, Werewolf and Witch). He’d broken his Werewolf curse and now he resides as a Hybrid (Vampire and Witch).Christian had a past lover, Shannon Rose Marie Westbrook. He was so in love with her and she with him that they were inseparable. They’d first met while Christian and his band The Renegade Rebels were playing a gig in a small café where Shannon worked.They hit it off and eventually started dating. A year into their relationship past and Shannon became pregnant with a baby girl. They were so excited about being parents. They named their daughter, JuliaThen on December 15, that dreaded accident happened. Shannon had gone to meet her friends that night. On her way home, a car was coming at her, so she tried to brake (they failed) and she ended up swerving and rolling her car upside down. Both her and the girl inside her died that day.After the accident, Christian was devastated and depressed for years, centuries even. It led him to want to jump off a bridge and drown himself.It wasn’t until he laid eyes on a certain warlock at one of The Rebels’ shows. He’d become infatuated by the handsome man that he eventually dated, gotten engaged and married him.To this day, the couple resides in New York where they share an apartment.Christian is an apex predator and he survives on blood. The first time he’d fed from Carlisle, he became addicted to his blood because of the magic that was in it..And with his feeding, a sire bond formed. Meaning, whatever happens to Christian, Carlisle can feel and vise versa.Whenever Carlisle isn’t home, Christian can usually be found drinking from blood bags full of his blood.Unbeknownst to everyone, Christian is also a very powerful Mystic. He’s kept it secret for centuries from everyone, including his best friend.Until now.Just recently, Christian went down to an adoption center and adopted a 21 year old girl named Julia. He also found out that Julia was also part Vampire, Witch and Angel, just like he is.Just recently, Christian found out that he was also part Angel, and before that, figured out he could turn into a Dragon at will.So, Christian is part vampire, witch (he prefers that word over warlock; don’t ask why) and Angel. So, one might call him a Tribrid.Not only is he the lead singer of his own band (The Renegade Rebels), he also works as The Angel of the Lord. When Gabriel was exiled, Christian stepped up and now he’s taken on the role of being God’s favored, chosen and messenger.Just recently, Christian realized he was part Shadowhunter when a mysterious Rune appeared on the back of his right shoulder blade.
